Please find the meet pack for SToRMFORCE 2023,  December 2nd and 3rd at WV Active, Wolverhampton. The pack includes the conditions of entry/gala rules, the programme, the upper cut off times and the link to the google form for individual entrie, (For club entries please email [email protected] for the sportsystems entry file.)

 

Great news for club entries, this year the top visiting club will get £150 and the runner up club will get £50. 

 

Awards to individual top three in each event and top girl/top open in each age group. Age groups are 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17 & over. Age as of 3rd December 2023.

 

 

Entries are £7 an event. 

Entries are now open. Entries are first come first served with a closing date of 14th November.

 

Poolside passes cost £20 per person for the weekend and include lunch.

 

It is the responsibility of each club to ensure that they have the correct ratio of coaches/team managers/poolside helpers to swimmers and that they all hold the qualifications and have completed the checks appropriate to their role, e.g. safeguarding, DBS etc. 

 

Swimmers will be allowed mobile phones poolside for music and messaging but photography and video recording of any kind is strictly forbidden. Mobile phones are not allowed out of bags in the changing room.

 

Spectators are kindly reminded that they must not take photographs or video recordings of any kind. Entrance is cash only and you pay on the door, adults £3 per session, children and senior citizens £2 a session. There will be a raffle and sportyswim will be in attendance during session 1.

 

All clubs are encouraged to provide officials to enable us to run the meet smoothly and within the licensing regulations and requirements.

 

The current plan is for an 8:30am warm up each day with a 9:30am start for the morning sessions and a 1pm warm up with a 2pm start for each of the afternoon sessions. I will of course confirm these nearer the time. Times are now as advised in the timetable above.

Individual entries are welcome, entry is via the google form.
