Please find the meet pack for SToRMFORCE 2025,  November 29th and 30th at WV Active, Wolverhampton. Great news for club entries, this year the top visiting club will get £150 and the runner up club will get £50. 

 

Awards to individual top three in each event and top girl/top open in each age group. Age groups are 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17 & over. Age as of 31st December 2025.

 

 

Entries are £8 an event. 

Entries are now open. Entries are first come first served with a closing date of 14th November.

 

Poolside passes cost £20 per person for the weekend and include lunch.

 

 

It is the responsibility of each club to ensure that they have the correct ratio of coaches/team managers/poolside helpers to swimmers and that they all hold the qualifications and have completed the checks appropriate to their role, e.g. safeguarding, DBS etc. 

 

Swimmers will be allowed mobile phones poolside for music and messaging but photography and video recording of any kind is strictly forbidden. Mobile phones are not allowed out of bags in the changing room. In line with the pool policy and SE policy.

 

Spectators are kindly reminded that they must not take photographs or video recordings of any kind. Entrance tickets will be available to purchase online from orderwhiz, the link will be added here once these are available to buy. 

 

All clubs are actively encouraged to provide officials to enable us to run the meet smoothly and within the licensing regulations and requirements.

 

The current plan is for an 8:30am warm up each day with a 9:30am start for the morning sessions and a 1pm warm up with a 2pm start for each of the afternoon sessions. I will of course confirm these nearer the time.
